Ryan and Rachel, two of our most wonderful friends, are trying to adopt. are they interested in foreign adoption? my parents are serving a mission in the congo and know a set of twins that are in need of a good home. the mother died in child birth and the dad can't keep them. it is a boy and a girl. they were born feb. 27 2011. let me know if your friends are interested.
